Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council established the rules, harmonized at European level, for the production, distribution, evaluation and control of any adverse effects relating to cosmetics. Furthermore, it ensures the traceability of a cosmetic product along the entire supply chain to the consumer.
In fact, which entered into force in its entirety on 11 July 2013, it guarantees that cosmetic products on the market are safe for human health in correct conditions. Only cosmetic products that meet the requirements of the Regulation are placed on the market. Bio Chem offers the following services:
