Companies are advised that, from 1 April 2023, the rates contained in Annex 1 of the D.M. 6 December 2016, concerning "Update of current tariffs and determination of tariffs relating to services not yet tariff", are automatically updated on the basis of the ISTAT cost of living index referring to the month of December 2022, according to the provisions of art. 3, paragraph 1 of the same decree.
The updated rates apply to all requests or applications submitted after April 1, 2023.
Fees paid prior to 1 April 2023 and relating to requests or applications submitted from that date onwards must be supplemented by paying the difference between the amount paid and the new fee amount.
