Companies are advised that, from 1 January 2019, the tariffs contained in annex 1 of the D.M. 6 December 2016, concerning the "Update of the current tariffs and determination of the tariffs relating to services not yet tariffed", will undergo the increase according to the provisions of table B (column for 2018) attached to article 9-duodecies of the decree law 19 June 2015, n. 78, converted into the law 6 August 2015, n. 125.
The updated rates apply to all applications or applications submitted from 1 January 2019.
The fees paid prior to January 1, 2019 relating to applications or applications submitted after that date must be supplemented by paying the difference between the amount paid and the new amount of the tariff.
