In order to allow this Agency to comply with the requirements of the 2018 Stability Law, in the terms in which it has stipulated that it may enter into the settlement agreements for the 2013-2015 payback with the companies that have pending appeals as of 31.12.2017 and that are fulfilled towards the payment of the shelf year 2016, we invite all the companies affected by the 2016 shelf that have not yet transmitted the payment certificates made to the Regions to transmit them promptly to the PEC commerciale2016@aifa.mailcert.it, indicating in the text of the transmission email the total amount paid.
All companies that have not been called to sign the settlement agreement are invited, and that they have pending appeals for the three-year period 13/15 and have paid to the regions all the quotas provided for in the resolution n.177 / 2018 of shelf the breakthrough for the year 2016 to promptly contact the writer at the PEC address no later than 24.042018: spesa2016@aifa.mailcert.it
