Companies that place dangerous preparations on the national market must produce some basic information for the specific toxicological classification. According to current legislation, these substances must always be accompanied, including the formulations, by safety data sheets drawn up in compliance with the Adaptations to Technical Progress (ATP) which update one or more technical attachments. The 29th ATP was implemented in the national law with the D.M. February 28, 2006 published in the S.O. G.U. n ° 100 of 20/04/2006, this adaptation updates annexes I and V. The community regulation 1907/2006 / EC (REACH) undoubtedly represents the most important innovation in recent years in the field of chemical risk assessment and control.
